At least 300,000 NSW residents have been evacuated as storms continue to move across the east coast.<br /><br />Hawkesbury River seen from the balcony of a Terrace Road property.<br /><br />The river is approaching 12.9 metres with major flooding at North Richmond, NSW and peaking at 12.20 metres at Windsor with renewed rises still possible.
